Anna A. Popovici has held executive-level positions within HR and has extensive experience in global, high growth, technology and life science firms.
Her experience includes global HR, benefits, compensation, employment law, M&A, employee relations, training, talent acquisition and HRIS. She has provided guidance to organizations through mergers & acquisitions as well as reorganizations. Ms. Popovici has worked with client groups ranging from 5 to 5,000 employees.
Ms. Popovici holds a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Finance from Stockholm University. Before relocating to the U.S., she served as Controller at Stockholm University. Ms. Popovici is fluent in Swedish.

Audit of your policies and procedures, employee files, and posters to assess legal compliance.
Review of current compensation structure against benchmark data. Assist management to define company compensation philosophy and to determine if any changes are justified.
Conduct employee interviews (in-person or online) to assess level of employee satisfaction, and provide recommendations to management.
Set-up and implementation of performance management policies.
Set-up and maintenance of benefit plans including assistance during open enrollment.
Provide guidance as well as documentation for sensitive or difficult employee situations.
Provide necessary documentation and assistance during the on- and off-boarding process.
Help with developing company specific policies and procedures such as handbooks, managers’ guides, safety plans, and other policies.
Assist with HR matters during the due diligence process and after the close of a transaction.
Provide legislative updates, manager training, safety training, and sexual harassment prevention training.
Assist throughout the entire recruitment process as needed, including with development of job specification, posting, sourcing, interviewing, facilitating the offer process and onboarding.
